Typically, the second floor is utilized for bedrooms, laundry, loft offices and play-room areas. The Two Story home is available in a broad array of architectural styles from our company. From the appearance of the exterior elevations to those which incorporate a Master Suite either on the first or second floor depending upon needs or long-term needs or plans. We began utilizing this concept for clients whose children were mature enough to respect a limited amount of separation and then expanded upon it as part of our A.I.P. (Aging in Place) program as upstairs bedrooms or offices may not be needed in the future (as children leave the nest) or if mobility becomes limited as our clients grow older in the home they love).
